Bowls

The new cute cat needs at least two bowls, one for food, another for water. The water should always be clean, and fresh., cats distinguish the taste of water. You can also choose to invest in a water fountain. Watch out for the water. Some cute cats don’t enjoy drinking from a plastic bowl. 

Plan instead of a glass, ceramic, or porcelain bowl.  

The litter box 

Your cute cat will need a litter box. The dining area must be sufficiently far from the litter box: kittens and cats do not eat where they make their droppings, and vice versa.

 The toys  

The kitten, like many adult cats, loves to play. There are endless toys on the market, and it is possible to give it to heart joy.  But the “homemade” toys are funny too (a ball of paper, a stopper, straw, ping-pong ball, etc ...).  Be careful, however, with the aluminum that the kitten can ingest, we should throw Polystyrene toys. 

The scratching post or cat tree 

The scratching post is essential! A cat needs to scratch its claws: if no scratching post, your sofas are at risk of suffering ...  Of course, so that the kitten uses it, it is better not to hide it, but leave it accessible, in the spaces of passage. 

We strongly advise you to invest in a cat tree! A cat tree is a “cat’s paradise”: not only will the cat make its claws there, but he will play climbing or rest there in height, the point of which it can also “observe his little world “, what cats have to say. They come in all sizes and at all prices… Think about stability: an immense tree with the cat but which switches as soon as the cat goes up above it will quickly frighten your cute cat who will not want any longer get on it! But who unfortunately does well often more falls for the master than the gentleman feline ...  

Sleeping

Know that it is he, and he alone, who will choose its resting places, which may vary during the day (following the calm, or the proximity to its humans, or the course of the sun, or they-only know-what ...). 

But your cute cat will also elect its “favorite place” with a little luck, it will be his basket :-) Cats, especially when they have a difficult past as with some of our 4 legs feel safe when they have a point of the leak, even if it is “virtual” and they do not use it, the existence of an isolation zone reassures them, in particular when they are in the discovery phase of their brand new environment.  

 The niches of cat trees are also perfect, but a closet or well a little “homemade” can very well do the trick!  

The transport crate

Think about the transport box, essential during any trip with your little companion. And above all, don’t forget it when you will come and get it: travel with a cat-free to move around in the vehicle is dangerous, and we will not let you anyway not leave if the cat does not have a transport crate.  For information, transport a free animal in a vehicle is also liable to a fine of €22…
